A 40% non refundable deposit is required at the date of all agreement signature. Upon the approval of "Home Page" and one "Sub Page", an additional 30% of the balance is due. The remaining 30% balance is due upon the approval of the final version.

The web site will be sent to client or uploaded by us after the final payment on the balance is received. No work will be release until final payment has been met. Our Branding will be displayed on your site's footer. Estimated time of completion, will be set according to project and agreement between mutual parties

All special instructions must be supply at begining of project, any changes of specs will reflect on project original qoute.

Content Development and Proofreading: All content must be supplied via electronic copy, all content that is written by staff will be treated a per hour rate.
